If the Product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value, at Shelly’s Grills LLC’s sole discretion. What will we do to help you? If the Product fails to conform to this warranty during the Warranty Period, Shelly’s Grills LLC will provide you with a reasonably similar replacement product that is either new or factory refurbished.
